Support our Music Academy
Who are we? We are Ashley and Meghan, scholarship Apprentices with the Delray Beach Chorale (DBC). Michael, Julia and Jillian are also Apprentices this season.
What do we do as Apprentices?
- Attend weekly rehearsals
- Perform with the Chorale in major concerts
- Perform in annual Apprentice recitals
- We each receive professional vocal instruction from one of our 5 Artists-in-Residence
Why do we ask for your support?
- Many local schools have eliminated music education. The Academy provides instruction and the performance opportunities we need to grow as serious musicians
- Considerable funding is required to make this program a reality. The DBC has plans to double the scope of the Academy next year.
